Legislation on Dangerous Goods (DG) Storage
The guiding legislation for storing and managing Dangerous Goods here in New Zealand, is the Health & Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations, which came into effect in December 2017.
Under this legislation sits subordinate legislation in the form of EPA notices and Safe Work Instruments.
